User Service Agreement
This User Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you and [HOMELAND INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY & ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD.] ("we", "our" or "us") and has a contractual effect. Please read carefully and fully understand each clause, especially those clauses that exempt or limit our liability, restrict user rights, stipulate dispute resolution methods, jurisdiction, and separate agreements for enabling or using specific services. The aforementioned clauses regarding limitations, liability exemptions, and dispute resolution methods or jurisdiction may be highlighted in bold or otherwise reasonably brought to your attention.
In order to use the services of this game, you must read and accept all the terms of this Agreement. If you have any feedback or suggestions regarding this Agreement or the game, please contact customer service, and we will provide you with assistance. By tapping "Agree", "Accept", or "Next", or by registering for or using the services of Fishing Game Zone, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this Agreement. If you are a minor, you must read and agree to all the contents of this Agreement in the presence of your parent or legal guardian before you can use the game.
1. Definitions
1.1 Agreement: The main text of this Agreement, the Privacy Protection Policy, the game rules, and any revisions thereof. Once officially released, the aforementioned provisions become an inseparable part of this Agreement.
1.2 Game Rules: The user code of conduct, player regulations, game announcements, and notifications that are issued and revised from time to time by the game service provider.
1.3 Game Service Provider: Refers to [HOMELAND INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY & ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD.]., the company providing you with the game and its services, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our" in this Agreement.
1.4 Game: Refers collectively to the Fishing Game Zone run by [HOMELAND INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY & ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD.], including PC client games, web-based games, HTML5 games (H5 games), mobile games, and other forms of games. The Fishing Game Zone may be provided as software, in which case, the "Game" also refers to the software and its accompanying documentation.
1.5 Game Services: All online services related to the Fishing Game Zone that are provided to you by [HOMELAND INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY & ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD.].
1.6 You: Also referred to as "Player" or "User," refers to the natural person authorized to use the Fishing Game Zone and its services.
1.7 Game Data: The data generated during your use of the Fishing Game Zone and recorded by the server, including virtual item data, game logs, security logs, and other data.
2. Amendments and Effectiveness of the Agreement
2.1 We reserve the right to amend the terms of the Agreement as necessary and will inform you of any relevant changes. You can review the latest version of the Agreement on the relevant pages of the Fishing Game Zone.
2.2 If you continue to use the Fishing Game Zone after the terms of the Agreement have been amended, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement. Otherwise, you should cease using the game.
3. Game Account
3.1 In order to use and enjoy the Fishing Game Zone, you must register for a game account that provides usage rights and complete real-name registration in accordance with national laws and regulations. During real-name registration, you must provide true, legal, accurate, and valid identity information and other relevant information about yourself, and you must not register using someone else's identity information. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the provision of services and may take actions against your game account, including but not limited to issuing warnings, restricting or prohibiting the use of some or all fuctions of the game account, deleting the game account and game data, removing relevant information, and suspending the game account ("account suspension") until deactivation (for ease of description, these actions may be collectively referred to as "penalties"). You shall bear all consequences arising therefrom, and we reserve the right to seek compensation for all losses incurred as a result.
3.2 If you use a game account provided by a recognized third party to access and enjoy the Fishing Game Zone, you must also comply with the agreements and rules stipulated by that third party. In the event of any issues with the third-party account, including but not limited to account theft, you shall contact the third party for resolution. We may provide corresponding assistance at our discretion.
3.3 You fully understand and agree that we have the right to review the identity information provided during user registration to ensure its authenticity and validity. We will take reasonable technical and management measures to safeguard the security and validity of user accounts. Users have an obligation to properly secure their accounts and passwords and to use them properly and safely. If you fail to fulfill these obligations, resulting in the loss of your account or password, or account theft, and causing harm to your civil rights or those of others, you shall bear the legal responsibility arising therefrom. To avoid disputes, you may not lend or transfer your game account for compensation or otherwise. Should you violate this provision, you shall bear any responsibility arising therefrom, and we reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility for such actions. If you discover that someone else is using or stealing your game account and password, or using them without your legal authorization, you must immediately notify and inform us of the measures that need to be taken. When notifying us, you must provide valid personal identification information consistent with your registered identity information. Upon receiving your valid request and verifying your identity, we will take appropriate measures based on your request or the specific situation (including but not limited to suspending login and usage of the account). You shall bear the losses incurred by you and other users due to the measures taken at your request. If you do not provide valid identity information or if the personal identification information you provide is inconsistent with the registered identity information, we reserve the right to refuse your request, and you shall bear any resulting losses.
3.4 The Fishing Game Zone account serves as the authorized identifier for your access to and usage of the game and its associated services, with ownership retained by us. You only have the right to use the game account and may not provide the account for use by others in any form, including but not limited to transferring, renting, or lending it for purposes such as live streaming, recording, or account boosting. Otherwise, you shall bear all legal consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom, and we have the right to take measures regarding your game account, including but not limited to issuing warnings, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the account's functions, deleting the game account and its data and other related information, or banning the account until deactivation. You shall bear all consequences resulting from these actions.
3.5 You fully understand and agree that if we restrict, freeze, or terminate the use of your account in accordance with relevant business rules, it may result in the deletion of game data and related information associated with your game account, as well as the loss of related rights and interests. You shall assume full responsibility for any loss incurred, and we shall not be liable for such losses.
3.6 Given that the Fishing Game Zone offers account deactivation, you may follow the instructions provided if you wish to deactivate your game account. However, you must meet the conditions for account registration and agree to the Game Account Deactivation Agreement and other relevant rules stipulated by us. It is important to note that if you deactivate your game account, any in-game earnings associated with that account will also be removed. Therefore, before deactivating your game account, please ensure that you have properly managed and settled any game earnings associated with it. Once the game account is deactivated, if there are still any game earnings associated with that account (including those accrued during your use of the game and any that may accrue in the future), we have the right to remove all game earnings linked to the account, and you shall bear the consequences arising therefrom. The aforementioned game earnings include but are not limited to: membership benefits, levels, all data related to the growth and upgrade of game characters (including but not limited to experience points, honor points, reputation points, titles, etc.), any unused virtual currency, virtual items, and other virtual objects (such as diamonds, game tokens, items, etc.); any purchased but unexpired or unused value-added services and any other game earnings that have been generated but not fully used or any future expected game earnings.
3.7The account name, nickname, avatar, profile, and other registration information must adhere to public order and good conduct, comply with laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, the legal rights and interests of citizens, public order, social morality, and the authenticity of information, among other fundamental principles. It must not contain explicit or implicit illegal, harassing, insulting, threatening, harmful, destructive, provocative, vulgar, or obscene content, nor any text or images that infringe upon the legal interests and dignity of others. Additionally, you must not impersonate or associate with institutions or public figures when registering account names.
4. Collection, Use, and Protection of User Information
4.1 You agree and authorize us to collect your user information for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement. The information includes the details you entered into the real-name registration system, game data associated with your game account, and other information you provide while using the game services, or that we need to collect for security, user experience optimization, and other considerations. Our collection of your user information will comply with applicable laws.
4.2 You fully understand and agree that we or our cooperating third parties may use your user information to provide you with various Fishing Game Zone information including game events and promotions through various means such as SMS, phone calls, or emails.
4.3 You understand and agree that, in order for us to better provide game services and enhance your gaming experience, we may collect unique identifiers, nicknames, avatars, social interactions, and other authorized information related to your official game account and other recognized accounts (third-party accounts), as well as relevant operational and game information from Fishing Game Zone (including but not limited to your login status, battle information/status, and achievement information) and use this information, which may be displayed to you or other users.
You understand and agree that if authorized national authorities lawfully request our assistance in investigating your game account (including real-name identity information) and in-game data (such as in-game purchases, spending, and transaction data), we may comply with such requests.
4.4 You shall fully respect the personal information of any individuals, including but not limited to other users, that you may learn about, receive, or access through Fishing Game Zone and its related services. You shall not collect, copy, store, disseminate, or use the personal information of other users in any manner. Any violation of this obligation shall result in you bearing all consequences arising therefrom.
4.5 You have the right to independently choose to compete or play games according to the game's settings and rules, but you shall assume the responsibilities and losses arising from your gaming activities, including financial losses and emotional distress. We shall not be liable for users' gaming behavior, activities, transactions, or any illegal activities conducted while using Fishing Game Zone.
4.6 Protecting user information and privacy is one of our fundamental principles. Unless otherwise stipulated in the Agreement, we will follow the provisions of the Privacy Protection Policy and other agreements regarding the collection, use, and protection of user information. Unless otherwise provided by law, if you have agreed or authorized us to collect, use, or process your personal information in accordance with the aforementioned agreements or provisions, your withdrawal of such consent or authorization shall not affect our prior collection, use, or processing of your personal information based on your consent or authorization, and such prior collection, use, or processing shall remain valid.
5. Game Services
5.1 Subject to compliance with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations, you will be granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the services of Fishing Game Zone. You may only use the Fishing Game Zone services for non-commercial purposes, including:
(a) Receiving, downloading, installing, launching, upgrading, logging in to, displaying, running, and/or taking screenshots of the Fishing Game Zone;
(b) Creating game characters, setting usernames, viewing game rules, user profiles, and game match results, creating game rooms, purchasing and using in-game items, in-game currency, and using chat and social sharing fuctions;
(c) Using other fuctions supported and permitted by the Fishing Game Zone.
5.2 You may not, without our permission, record or distribute the content of the Fishing Game Zone in any form while using its services, including using any third-party software for online distribution.
5.3 If the Fishing Game Zone is provided as software, your use of the Game and its services must also comply with the provisions of Article 6 regarding software licenses in the Agreement.
5.4 We reserve all rights that we have not expressly authorized to you in this section and other parts of the Agreement. You must obtain additional written permission from us before exercising such rights.
5.5 If you violate any terms of the Agreement, we have the right to take one or more of the actions specified in Article 7.5 of the Agreement, make the actions public, and/or require you to compensate us for all losses caused by your breach.
5.6 You fully understand and agree that we have the right, at our reasonable discretion, to penalize actions that violate relevant laws, regulations, or this Agreement. We may take appropriate legal action against any user engaging in illegal or prohibited behavior and, in accordance with laws and regulations, retain relevant information and report it to the authorities. Users shall bear all legal responsibility arising from such actions.
5.7 You fully understand and agree that you shall bear sole responsibility if your violation of the Agreement or related service terms results in any third-party claims, demands, or losses. You shall also be responsible if we incur any losses.
5.8 You fully understand and agree that in-game contents, such as in-game items and currency, are part of the game, and you will be granted the right to use them under the Agreement. Your purchase and use of such in-game content must comply with the requirements of the Agreement and specific game rules. Additionally, these items may be subject to certain expiration periods, and if unused within the specified time, except in cases of force majeure or reasons attributable to us, they will automatically expire when the validity period ends.
You fully understand and agree that, in order to provide better services to users and foster a healthy gaming environment based on regulatory requirements, the Agreement, game rules, or other necessary circumstances, we have the right to take necessary actions to your in-game contents. This may include, but are not limited to, adjusting, updating, or optimizing values, or partially or fully recovering and resetting virtual items, game currency, and other content, within your account. You agree that you will not pursue any legal liability against us for taking these actions, and we shall bear no legal responsibility.
5.9 You fully understand and agree that to maintain a fair and healthy gaming environment, we have the right, through technical means, to monitor your device's random-access memory (RAM) and any programs running concurrently with the Fishing Game Zone. If we detect any unauthorized programs that disrupt the normal operation of game services, we will collect all relevant information and take reasonable actions to combat such behavior.
5.10 You fully understand and agree that, to ensure optimal gaming speed for you and other users, we reserve the right to periodically transfer or delete certain older game data stored on the game server.
5.11 We will comply with relevant laws and regulations, as well as the provisions of the Agreement, to prioritize the protection of minors and prevent their excessive use or addiction to online games.
5.12 Providing game services is a commercial activity, and users have the right to independently decide whether to make in-game purchases based on our pricing system (including but not limited to the purchase of in-game virtual items and acceptance of other value-added services) and standards to enjoy the corresponding game services. Once payment is completed, the items or value-added services will be credited, and the payment is non-refundable. If payment is not completed according to the required standards, you will be denied from enjoying the corresponding game services.
You understand and agree that changes or adjustments to purchasable items or pricing standards are a normal commercial practice, and you shall not seek compensation or reimbursement for such changes or adjustments.
5.13 Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any losses you incur while using the game services due to force majeure. Such force majeure events include, but are not limited to, national laws, regulations, policies, orders from state authorities, or other governmental actions, as well as unpredictable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events such as earthquakes, floods, snow disasters, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, and wars.
5.14 Anomalies may occur in Fishing Game Zone affecting your character, game records, in-game currency, and other game data due to software bugs, version update defects, third-party virus attacks, or other factors. Until the cause of the data anomaly is determined, we reserve the right to temporarily freeze your game account. If it is determined that the anomaly results from deviant gaming behavior, we reserve the right to restore the game account data to its original state prior to the anomaly (including recovering any transferred data from third parties), and we shall not bear any responsibility to you.
5.15 You are not authorized to obtain game accounts, in-game currency, or other game items or services from any third party through purchases, gifts, or other means. We are not responsible for any third-party transactions (including the acquisition of game accounts, game items, in-game currency, and other game services from third parties through purchases, gifts, or other means) and will not process any complaints arising from disputes related to third-party transactions.
5.16 You understand that incompatibilities may arise between different operating systems, which are beyond our control. Consequently, errors may occur when transferring your in-game purchases and game data from one operating system to another. You shall bear the risks of any loss of your purchased items and game data resulting from switching between different systems, and we shall not be held responsible for such losses.
5.17 In the event of the termination of game operations, whether by our decision or for any other reason, matters related to the termination will be managed in accordance with national laws and regulations governing the termination of online games, ensuring the protection of users' legal rights and interests.
6. Software License
6.1 In order to enjoy the game service, you may be required to download and install relevant software which can be obtained directly from our websites, or from authorized third parties. We do not endorse obtaining Fishing Game Zone or a game with the same name from unauthorized third parties. In such cases, we cannot guarantee the game's proper functionality and are not responsible for any resulting losses.
6.2 We may develop different versions of the software for different devices. You should select the appropriate version to download and install according to your device. After downloading the installation program, you need to follow the steps indicated in the program to properly install it.
6.3 If Fishing Game Zone is provided as software, you will be granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. You may only download, install, log into, and use the game on a single device for non-commercial purposes.
6.4 To provide higher quality and safer services, we may recommend you install other software during the software installation process. However, you have the option to install the software or decline. You fully understand and agree that if we restrict, freeze, or terminate the use of your game account in accordance with relevant business rules, it may result in the deletion of game data and account information, as well as the loss of related rights and interests. Such losses are your responsibility, and we do not assume any responsibility for them.
6.5 If you no longer need the software or wish to install a new version, you may uninstall it. If you would like to help us improve our product and services, please inform us of the reason for the uninstallation.
6.6 To ensure the security and consistency of the game service's functionality, we reserve the right to update the software or modify or restrict certain functionalities without prior notice.
6.7 After the release of a new software version, older versions may become obsolete. We do not guarantee the continued availability of older versions or customer support, so please check and download the latest version as needed.
7. User Code of Conduct
7.1 You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions under your game account, including any content you post and any consequences arising from it.
7.2When using the Fishing Game Zone or its services, you must comply with national laws and regulations. You may not use the game or its services to engage in any illegal or non-compliant behavior, nor may you infringe upon our or any third party's legal rights and interests. This includes, but is not limited to, the following illegal or non-compliant activities:
(a) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(b) Endangering national unity, sovereignty, or territorial integrity;
(c) Divulging state secrets, endangering national security, or damaging national honor and interests;
(d) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or infringing on ethnic customs and traditions;
(e) Promoting cults or superstitions;
(f) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(g) Promoting obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, or inciting crimes;
(h) Insulting or defaming others, or infringing on the legal rights and interests of others;
(i) Violating social ethics;
(j) Other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, or national policies.
7.3 You understand and agree to the following rules:
7.3.1 The Fishing Game Zone is solely for your entertainment. You may not use the game or its services for profit, nor may you engage in gambling, operate a casino, or engage in any other illegal or non-compliant activities. You are also prohibited from facilitating or providing conditions for other users to engage in such activities.
7.3.2 Unless otherwise stipulated by national laws, regulations, or policies, we do not offer any form of official buyback, direct or indirect exchange for cash or goods, gifting, or transfer of virtual currencies, points, or other virtual items in the game.
Additionally, you may not engage in the trading of virtual currencies, points, or other virtual items in the Game in any manner online, offline, or through other platforms in violation of national and company regulations.
7.3.3 When using the Fishing Game Zone, we may limit the amount of in-game currency, points, or other virtual items consumed per session or per day based on national laws, regulations, or policies. We may also limit your daily spending amount and playtime per game account. We reserve the right to establish specific limits or restrictions for the game in accordance with national regulations.
7.3.4 You may not engage in any illegal, non-compliant activities or infringe upon the legal rights and interests of our company or third parties, including but not limited to the following:
(a) Any behavior that disrupts the stability or fairness of the game or interferes with normal gameplay, or that disrupts the proper functionality of game services, including but not limited to:
(i) Illegally or maliciously registering or logging into the game, such as providing false registration information, maliciously registering multiple game accounts, or logging into the game by disrupting server authentication or overloading servers;
(ii) Malicious behavior that causes server crashes, lag, or other issues that prevent other players from playing normally, such as DDOS attacks on game servers or other players;
(iii) Exploiting game bugs for personal gain (including but not limited to farming virtual currency, points, or virtual items), disrupting the game environment, or negatively impacting other players;
(iv) Deliberately ruining other users' gameplay experience through griefing, such as sabotaging teammates, engaging in malicious teaming, intentionally losing points, inactive gameplay, or abandoning the game;
(v) Installing and using third-party software that affects game balance;
(vi) Engaging in other behaviors that result in abnormal game data and affect fair gameplay.
(b) Registering or logging into multiple game accounts by a single player (or from the same IP address, or physical location);
(c) Cheating, such as win-trading, intentionally disconnecting after placing bets or during gameplay to transfer in-game currency, points or virtual items to other players, or unnecessarily delaying game time to affect fairness in-game;
(d) Implying or falsely claiming to be an internal employee or have special status to obtain unjust benefits or affect other users' rights and interests;
(e) Using forbidden or inappropriate language or characters in the game, including character names;
(f) Using private servers or cheats;
(g) Spreading illegal or inappropriate information;
(h) Stealing other users' game accounts or in-game items;
(i) Engaging in-game account transactions or account sharing that affect account security;
(j) Making in-game purchases through unauthorized or unapproved third-party channels, or through using unauthorized third-party services or software;
(k) Other behaviors widely recognized as inappropriate within the industry;
(l) Any other actions that violate laws and regulations, infringe on other users' legal rights and interests, disrupt the normal operation of the game, or are unauthorized by us.
You understand and agree that due to the hidden nature of cheats and third-party plugins, we have the right to determine if you are using illegal plugins based on abnormal in-game data and behavior.
7.4 Unless permitted by law or by our written consent, you may not engage in the following activities:
(a) Deleting copyright information from the game software and its copies;
(b) Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the game software;
(c) Scanning, probing, or testing the game software to detect, discover, or find potential bugs or weaknesses;
(d) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, attaching, or creating derivative works from the game software or data released into any terminal memory during the software's operation, as well as interaction data between the client and server during the software's operation, and system data essential for the software's functioning, including but not limited to using plugins, cheats, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access the software and related systems;
(e) Modifying or forging instructions and data during the software's operation, adding, deleting, or altering the software's functions or performance effects, or operating or disseminating software and methods intended for the aforementioned purposes, regardless of whether these actions are for commercial purposes;
(f) Using unauthorized third-party software, plugins, or systems to access the Fishing Game Zone and its services, or creating, publishing, or spreading such unauthorized third-party software;
(g) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reposting, compiling, publishing, or creating mirror sites for any content of the Game to which we hold intellectual property rights;
(h) Creating mirror sites for the game or setting up servers to provide services identical or similar to the game services to others;
(g) Separating any part of the Fishing Game Zone for individual use or using it in ways that do not comply with the Agreement;
(h) Using, modifying, or covering the game's name, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
(i) Any other unauthorized actions.
7.5 If you violate Section 7.2, 7.3, or 7.4, or any other terms of the Agreement, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following measures, depending on the severity of the violation:
(a) Issuing a warning;
(b) Deleting illegal or non-compliant content;
(c) Canceling, deleting, or reclaiming any virtual currency, items, or rewards (such as in-game currency, points, contest qualifications, ranks, or rewards) obtained in violation of the Agreement;
(d) Restoring the game account data to its original state prior to the violation (including retrieving transferred data from third parties);
(e) Deleting all or part of the game data;
(f) Restricting or prohibiting access to all or part of the game's functions;
(g) Temporarily or permanently banning the account (account suspension);
(h) Suspending or terminating your access to the game services;
(i) Referring the matter to the relevant administrative authorities for administrative penalties, or reporting to the appropriate authorities to pursue criminal liability in accordance with the law;
7.6 You understand and agree that if we suspend your game account based on this agreement, the duration of the suspension will be determined based on the severity of your violation.
You also acknowledge and agree that: (a) During the suspension period, any virtual currency, in-game currency, equipment, or other virtual items in your account may become unusable; (b) If the aforementioned virtual items have a validity period, they may expire during the suspension and become unusable after your account is reinstated.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Homeland Interactive Technology & Entertainment Pte. Ltd. owns the intellectual property rights of the Fishing Game Zone. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other legal rights and interests related to the Fishing Game Zone (including the game as a whole, all in-game elements such as artwork, music, text, and other components, as well as the dynamic animations presented during gameplay) and all information content related to the game (including text, images, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout, data, or electronic documents) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties. [HOMELAND INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY & ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD.] owns the intellectual property rights and legal rights and interests mentioned above, except for the rights that must be granted to third parties according to law. Without prior written consent from [HOMELAND INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY & ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD.], you are not permitted to commercially use or distribute the content of the Fishing Game Zone (including but not limited to the game as a whole, all in-game elements such as artwork, music, text, and other components, as well as the continuous dynamic images presented during gameplay) via any information network.
8.2 Notwithstanding other provisions of this agreement, the ownership and intellectual property rights of the game data generated during your use of the game services belong to us, and we have the right to store and manage the game data. Specifically, the retention period for the purchase records of in-game virtual currency will comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the country. The retention period for other game data will be determined by us unless otherwise specified by national laws and regulations.
8.3 The Fishing Game Zone may involve third-party intellectual property rights. If such third parties have specific requirements for your use of their intellectual property within the game under the Agreement, we will notify you appropriately, and you must comply with those requirements.
9. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations
9.1 While using the game services, you must comply with the relevant local laws and regulations and respect local morals and customs. If your actions violate local laws, regulations, or moral customs, you shall bear the responsibility independently.
9.2 You shall refrain from involving us in any political or public events through your use of the game services. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
10.1 The place of signing for the Agreement is [Singapore].
10.2 The formation, effectiveness, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country/region where the service operator is located (excluding conflict of laws).
10.3 In the event of any dispute or controversy arising between you and us under the Agreement, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiations. Should negotiations fail, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the judicial authorities in the country/region where the service operator is located.
10.4 The titles of all clauses in this agreement are provided solely for ease of reading and have no actual meaning, and they shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of the Agreement.
10.5 If any provision of the Agreement is deemed invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on all parties.
11. Others
11.1 We reserve the right to amend the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can review the latest version of the agreement on the relevant page of the game. If you continue to use the game services after the terms of the Agreement have been amended, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.
11.2 Advisory: Avoid unhealthy games and refuse pirated games; protect yourself and stay vigilant against fraud; moderate gaming can be beneficial, while excessive play can be detrimental to your health; Manage your time responsibly and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
